The RS rate is residential and the GS rate is commercial. Note that both rates show rates going from around 5.5 cents per kWh to 12 cents per kWh. This increase is Just on the energy supply side of the bill. Please review your bills to see where you stand and if you want to see a lower rate, look at lenzenergy for the companies offering rates in your area and choose one appealing to you. I will guarantee the rates on my website and if you are not satisfied with the rate, I will personally help to take it back to your utility.
